be based with sincerity. Must be active andseek blessings of

sacrifice power
sacrifice mind

A leader must also have ethics in leadership. Leaders must diligently performworship to God Almighty. Must be diligent in prayer. Should be diligent inmaintaining health. Keeping food, talk and have to fulfill every promise. Must have peace in the act, to act fairly in all respects. And also have to be wise.
