SUMPAH PEMUDA

Kami putra dan putri Indonesia, mengaku bertumpah darah yang satu, tanah air Indonesia.

Kami putra dan putri Indonesia, mengaku berbangsa yang satu, bangsa Indonesia.

Kami putra dan putri Indonesia, menjunjung bahasa persatuan, bahasa Indonesia.

Every youth must express these text because is one of the way to be Indonesian youth. At this time, we also want you to more love INDONESIA. We hope Indonesia increasingly victorious. Everyone must support it to built our Indonesian. We say, "WE LOVE INDONESIA." Indonesia is ONE. 

Like the our motto that always we hand, "BHINEKA TUNGGAL IKA."  Everyone must plant these motto in Your LIFE. In your Hearth. The meaning of this motto is together for one, Indonesia. We must reflect these motto and do in our life. It's one way to Plant the meaning of Oath Youth.

BEACH

Today, I had the most awfull day. It was my most awfull day since i went to the beach. Nothing was impossible that bad thing happend.

Here it happend. This morning, i gathered with my friend in MUkhlis's house. After a while in a discussion, we decide to go to The Beach By bycycle.  We started at Mukhlis's house at 7 a.m. We rode our bycycle. I haden't eat yet. How a pity I am. 

At the rood, we laught together. But we also kept our attitude in the road. We ignored a thristy. Our happinesws defeated all of everything, like thristy, hungry, tired etc. Suddenly, a bell of truck rang. A strong and muscular person  out from his truck. He was very angry because he nearly hit us.

 ASfter we arrived at parangtritis beach, we must walk for many meters. We sat infront of young coconut ice seller. Suddenly, an old woman came. She was angry caussed we sat infront of her shop.

We continued to walk . We played bwith water over there. We just laughed and laughed. We ignored our safety. No one had bad feeling that that time. Suddenly a huge wave came toward us. bWe ran away but these wave threw to coral.

It was my terrible day. Will my luck ever get better???

THE BENEFIT OF MORNING RUN

I have proved this topic many years. I do really hope that if you read this site, you may follow my good habit.For example, running in the morning. I wait you, if you want to prove!

Every Sunday morning, I started my activity with my best habit. This is sport by running on morning. This sport doesn't need money. This is very cheap sport. You must know, this is the best one. I got many advantage and  benefit.

After i do the activity like this, I get other better life. My cholesteroll getting out. My breathtaking are getting fluent. My blood rotation getting delecious.

Acrodding many scienitist that i have read, Running in the morning make our life more long. The analogy of  this statement, when we have sport, the supply of oxygent to our brain more fluent. So our brain always fresh. The fresh of brain make us have a long life! Good Luck!

GYMNASTIC ADVANTAGES

Hallo everybody, here we want tell you about THE BENEFIT OF GYMNASTIC. As you know, sport fore everyone is very usefull. They needed to build the soul ability. Sport also needed for our health. So we want to describe many advantage here, but it just for the reader of this site.

Gymnastic have many advantage. Have many movement. Slow movement and fast movement. Both of them needed a lot of energy. But, don't be afraid, althought it's utter a lot of energy, the gymnastic movement make our health muscle movement more powerful.

Gymnastic movement used to break the fat, cholesterol, fatty, and an others of diseases source.  Many gymnastic assosiation have been spread in our society. We just follow the best one.(accordding to you). it depand your ambition.

My message, "Live better with sport to better Future Live" That mean you must divided your time for better activity live. So Good Luck For You!!!!

Three days ago, I had a tired day and luky day. Actually, it was a place to sart myability in organization named OSIS SMA 1 Bantul.

Here it happend. That afternoon, I had written selection test. I thought the test was very difficult. But I face it, spontaniously. I read the text very slow but i thought wisely. I answerd wisely too.

Two month ago i visited Sundak beach that located at Sidoharjo Village, Tepus Sub-distric, Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta of Indonesia. Sundak beach over beauty of white sand. Also chasing wave beauty. It's very nice and my fafourite place that i've ever visit. Have you???


Sundak beach have many interesting historial fact. From the base name of SUNDAK.  SU: in indonesian mean asu (dog)  and NDAK : in indonesia mean landak (porcupine). 


I've got a lot of fun there.
